摘要:

In recent years, a large number of NEO observations have been obtained, and the observation type of sky surveys results in many too short arcs(TSAs). However, the classical methods of initial orbit determination(IOD) is not applicable for TSAs. Then effective use of these TSAs is of great significance to the research of asteroids. Evolutionary algorithm(EA) is a new modern optimization algorithm. Compared to traditional optimization algorithms, it reduces computational complexity and the range of initial value selection is more loose. EA is ideal for solving optimization problems in complex situations such as continuous, discrete, and hybrid. For space debris that also obtains a lot of TSAs, using EAs to solve TSAs has become a new trend. A unified computational framework of EAs has been set up, and related data processing methods have also been studied. The methods have a good performance in the observation of space debris. Therefore, we are trying to extend it to similar NEO orbit determination problems.
