"Core-Collapse Supernova Explosion and its multi-messenger signals"

Core-collapse supernovae (CCSNe) are among the most explosive events in the Universe and birthplaces of neutron stars and stellar-mass black holes in extreme conditions. CCSNe are also ideal multi-messenger sources that are expected to connect In this talk, I will present the latest results of our multi-dimensional supernova simulations with self-consistent neutrino transport. In particular, I will discuss the explosion engine and how our simulations aid future searches of neutrino and gravitational wave emissions from core-collapse supernovae.
