[天文所公告] 學生出國(會議、研修等)申請須知/Student application for going abroad (conference, short academic visit )
如有出國進行訪問、研修、出席國際會議等，敬請於前兩週完成以下事項。
1. 請告知系所或是助理，提供附件切結書、上簽
2. 填報本校學生出國申請系統
https://abroad.oia.ncu.edu.tw/student/
3. 如果持中華民國護照者, 至外交部領事局網站(
https://www.boca.gov.tw/mp-1.html)之「出國登錄」網頁登錄旅外期間之個人資料，俾利緊急時刻立即取得駐外單位聯繫並提供協助。
If you are planning to go abroad for a short academic visit, research or attending conference, please complete the following requirements two weeks before your leave:
1. Inform the institute and sign the attached letter of declaration.
2. Complete application https://abroad.oia.ncu.edu.tw/student/
